Del 11 al 14 de marzo 2017 imparte con Maya Goded y Gisela Volá el taller "MODOS DE VER. Fotografía con perspectiva de género" en el Centro de Fotografía de Montevideo, Cdf, Uruguay.

November 1 to 4 2017 she teaches a workshop at  the program REVERSO at CROMA TALLER VISUAL, bogotá, Colombia.

 

October 25 she gives a lecture "El fotolibro: nuevas formas para construir una obra" (The Photobook: news forms to construct a body of work" in the Colloquium FOLIO. FOTOLIBRO CONTEMPORÁNEO, at Centro de la Imagen. Mexico City.

 

In 2017 gives a lecture about Photograpy Education at the Décimooctavo Encuentro Nacional de Fototecas from INAH. August 24 a 26 ,2017.

 

In June 2017 she takes part at the colloquium ENCMY, ENCUENTRO DE FOTOLIBROS dedicated the circulation of photobooks, at Centro de Fotografía de Montevideo Cdf, giving a lecture. Se also makes DUMMIE REVIEW at this colloquium.

 

October 2016 teaches the workshop LA FOTOGRAFÍA COMO ACONTECIMIENTO at FIFV Festival Internacional de Fotografía de Valparaíso and a lecture at the program DIÁLOGOS about her personal work and the activities from HYDRA + FOTOGRAFIA.

 

En junio 2017 participa en el encuentro ENCMY, encuentro internacional dedicado a la circulación de fotolibros, en el Centro de Fotografía de Montevideo Cdf, impartiendo una conferencia.

 

Desde 2016 realiza el programa INCUBADORA DE FOTOLIBROS, en el cual dos tutores y entre 8 y 12 editores, diseñadores, acompañanan a un grupo de of 17 autores en el desarrollo de sus proyectos de fotolibro. INCUBADORA DE FOTOLIBROS se ha llevado a cabo en las ediciones 2016 y 2017.

 

In November 2016 she gives a lecture about her work at the Gallery ARTEXARTE, Buenos Aires, Argentina. And gives portfolio reviews at Sub Cooperativa de Fotógrafos, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

Desde 2013 realiza el programa educativo de HYDRA + FOTOGRAFÍA, en el cual ha realizado numerosos talleres,, seminarios, actividades y además imparte tutorías personalizadas a proyectos fotográficos Ciudad de México.

 

Since 2016 makes the program INCUBADORA DE FOTOLIBROS, in editions 2016 y 2017 at Hydra + fotografía. Program that includes the participation of two tutors and beteween 8 and 12 editors, designers y authors internationals that acompanies a group of 17 authors in the development of their photobooks.

 

Since 2013 coordinates the educational program of the photographic platform HYDRA + FOTOGRAFÍA in which develops many workshops, programs and gives personal tutorials for photographic projects at HYDRA, Mexico, City.

 

In 2015 she gives a lecture about her work at the UAEM, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, Mexico.

 

2012 - Ana, Gerardo Montiel Klint and Gabriela González Reyes co-founded Hydra, a platform created to generate photography-related projects. www.hydra.lat

 

From 2011 to 2015 tutor at the Seminario de Fotografía Contemporánea del Centro de la Imagen, (Contemporary Photography Seminar), México, D.F.

 

From 2007 to 2015 she was in charge of the academic progrram for the Seminario de Fotografía Contemporánea (Contemporary Photography Seminar), Centro de la Imagen, Mexico City, since 2009 in collaboration with Centro de las Artes form Oaxaca, CASA.

 

2011 she taught the workshop Photography, personal experience and actions: Photography as a necessary act, at the Gimnasio de Arte, Mexico City.

 

2010 was twice times a member of the selection comitee for the Visual Arts division of the National System of Art Creators.

 

2007 - member on the jurie of the scholarships offered through the Hidalgo State Fund for Culture and the Arts (2007) and tutor of the selected artists.

 

2005 - member on the jurie of the scholarship program Artes por Todas Partes [Art for All] through the Government of the Federal District, Mexico.

 

2002 - 2006 - coordinator of FotoGuanajuato, which included completing a yearly program of photography studies, and a bi-annual meeting which consisted of roundtables, exhibitions, revision of portfolios and workshops, among other activities. Instituto de Cultura de Guanajuato and Centro de la Imagen.

 

Since 1998 she has given presentations about her work in different contexts, such as the ARCO International Contemporary Art Fair, the Meeting on Ibero-American Photography, and the Museum of Contemporary art in Monterrey, Mexico.

 

Since 1996 - she has taught several workshops and clasees at different insitutions such as: Gimnasio de Arte, La Esmeralda (INBA), la Escuela Activa de Fotografía de Querétaro, AAVI.

 

1994 - 1999 - she founded and coordinated the workshop program at the Centro de la Imagen in Mexico City.

 

1989 - 1993 - she worked in the Photography Division of the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, organizing workshops and exhibitions.
